"Huge mistake using this office . So many of the staff aren't able to do basic account tasks. I added a truck, it was never put on my insurance and when I went to pay, Makenzie took a payment she never applied . So it cost me 107$.for nothing, so I feel robbed by this office .And their still charging me for a truck ive never been given a insurance card for .total disgrace of a office , be careful here , most of them are out sick, on vacation or having a baby or better yet Ryan is out of the office .But yet they celebrate every little thing that goes on and no one takes care of the clients Horrible business RUN maybe be fine for a few months, but you'll see Worst state farm office"

"A couple of months ago I made the switch from another large insurer to State Farm- Working directly with Mackenzie in the local office from the start. She provided a quote, answered all of my questions confidently and quickly, and ultimately assisted with signing a policy for car insurance. Unfortunately, a few weeks later there was an unexpected (WEIRD) issue with my car that caused my coverage to drop and policy to cancel. Mackenzie went out of her way to assist me to make sure I didn’t experience any lapse in coverage AND optimized my discounts to help me save more money. You don’t have customer experience “experiences” like this often, I can’t recommend Mackenzie enough!!"

"Got a quote in November for a brand new vehicle. Three months later, the price has increased by $107. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of the branch manager Ryan Larman by putting it in appointment form only to be ignored. I’ve talked to McKenzie and Courtney in the office and both of them are very unprofessional only Shifting blame instead of taking accountability. if you were gonna provide the information, you should’ve provided the information when I was asking the questions. I canceled my policy immediately and will not be going back."
