"I cannot get an answer as to why my bills are different each month. My deductible was changed to $1,000 without my consent and they said they would have a meeting with the office about their employees being on the same page. I can’t even see my bills online or declaration pages so you have to request them. I got into an accident and it’s been a nightmare instead of them helping me out. I would stay clear."

"A few days ago I was taken by surprise as Geico informed me they would not renew my commercial vehicles insurance contract but instead write a new one......my rate spiked 300% and received unethical pressure from Geico insurance rep to renew on the stop to avoid any legal problem. Luckily I went shopping for other carriers and Natalia helped beyond expectations offering me a greatly improved coverage for less money than I used to pay with Geico BEFORE they tried to increase my rates. I have already recommended her to a couple of other businesses obviously and the interactions with Mackenzie and Mayra were equally positive."

"I was with Geico for 30 years. And I was very happy with them, but even with an excellent driving record the rates just kept going up and up. Finally got tired of it and I switch to State Farm. The staff there have been wonderful and it's so nice to have someone locally to work with, someone who lives in the community. Thank you to everyone there who has been so helpful especially Nicole.
