After going over the policy coverages to ensure that they were accurate and that I understood everything; Mrs. Dunning asked me if there was anything else that she could help me with. I told Mrs. Dunning that I needed to have my policy information updated and have new ID cards issued. Mrs. Dunning promptly made the policy update and emailed me the updated ID cards while I was on the phone with her. Mrs. Dunning also informed me of all the services that State Farm had to offer to there customers. I have worked in the customer service industry for 47 years and I have been subjected to customer no service my entire adult life. Mrs. Dunning was always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Mrs. Dunning is truly customer service oriented. Thank you Mrs. Dunning for a job well done."
