"Everything was fine for a month and a half until I received a new bill for more than double of the original amount I agreed on. Apparently, they changed my address without my consent, which resulted in changing my premiums and a fee for adress change . I was never informed that I change will take place or that I will be charged until the last moment when my month bill came in. Never recived an acknowledgement or apology and couldn't get hold of the supervisor for further clarification. For their record, I'll mention that they did offer to undo the change without ( still in Progress), however, my trust is greatly diminished."
